Our large family got most of it's experience and passion in the kitchen from our Italian family restaurant that began way back in 1975. Potesta's Pizza & Pasta started in Waukegan, IL and grew to have 5 other locations opened throughout the country. While we have all cultivated our own recipes in the time since, this page is dedicated to the original family recipes, passed down through the years.
